DEEP DIVE

This year,  Myself, Rob Donahue, and John Booth conducted an EPM infrastructure deep dive session.  This is the first of it’s kind, and was very well received.  The 2-hour session was jam packed for of technical information representing the IT Side of EPM.  We had many in attendance and the feedback was amazing.  Thanks to my co-hosts and those that attended.

The First session was conduced by myself, where I covered:

• general Architecture
• what’s new in 11.1.2.x
• Installation and upgrade best practices
• Patching

The Second session was done by John Booth where he covered:

• Performance Tuning
• Backup/Recovery
• Disaster Recovery

Rob Donahue wrapped up with the following topics:

• Health Monitoring
• Troubleshooting
• Logs and diagnostics
